Based out of Britain holding the knowledge of the businesses future ambitions, Denzel is motivated to ensure all our clients receive nothing but the best support and service second to none. Combined with the other eloquent colleges he is an integral part of the team.


Denzel is the Co-Founder of Dream Casa Properties acting as CEO also easy to reach for inquires day or night.


With a wide range of versatile qualifications & certificates Denzel will be hands on with some of our properties in Victoria as one of our Property Managers to ensure everything on the ground level is being done to the highest standard possible.  He will as be making business connections to ensure the growth of the business and expanding globally.

Caterina Timpano-Hair

Caterina is one of the co-founders of "Dream Casa Properties" and is here to help you!

Having a background in Real Estate - sales administration for 3 years,  Real Estate - property management for 7 years,  Office Management for 10 years, Bookkeeping - Accounting & Trust Accounting for 20 years.

With the following qualifications:

·         Diploma of Accounting
·         Certificate IV in Financial Services
·         Certificate IV in Management
·         Marketing Certificate
·         Certificate IV in Office Administration


Caterina is an all round hands on experienced member of the team in all facets of the business, that is more than happy to help our clients and office staff members.  She lives on minimal sleep so do not hesitate to contact her direct day or night, which is perfect for our clients who live overseas and are awake when we are normally asleep.

Kerri Whichello
Assistant - Business Manager

With over 19 years experience in government administration and finance.  Kerri brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and excellent customer service.  Kerri also runs a successful building company with her husband giving her extensive understanding in all areas of business management as well as property management experience.

Kerri understands the importance of trust and dependability and is a very approachable and pro-active member of the team.

Senior Property Manager Skye commenced her career in 2001 and brings with her a wealth of invaluable experience and industry knowledge. Having spent 3 years at the prominent Double Bay agency, six years in Elizabeth Bay following  3 years in Rose Bay then a further 4 years at Malabar, Skye is well versed in the intricacies of the Eastern Suburbs market.


A self-confessed perfectionist, her strengths come from her exceptional time management and communication skills. Passionate about property Skye’s personal approach arises from her desires to treat each property as if it were her own. Open and honest, her pragmatic approach to problem solving and eye for details ensure she is meticulous in her undertakings.

Property Manager - Gold Coast


Carly is 37 years young, married and a mother of 2. She grew up on the Gold Coast and have lived and worked on the GC most of her life.


Her employment at present is 13 years working for the QLD government as a public servant.  She pride myself on being friendly, approachable hard working and I may even be considered slightly OCD.  With this in mind you can rest a sure that you and your property’s needs have my best interest at heart. She enjoys meeting new people and have a passion for interior design and have always dreamt of running her own Air BnB..

Prior to government she worked in several 5 star exclusive resorts such as Orpheous, Lizard and Hayman island located on the Great Barrier Reef.  Her roles have included housekeeping, fine dining, dive master, deckhand/hostess aboard a number of luxurious white boats.  She also have experience in guest relations, ensuring the checking in and out of resort guests runs smoothly,without stress with the aim of meeting guests requests and exceed expectations.



Property Manager - Melbourne


Having lived both in Perth and now being based in Melbourne for past 10 years, Shannen understands how important the customer service experience is with holiday rental properties.  She has been working for the past three years in property management and thoroughly enjoys her job.   Her friendly and professional nature ensures all our clients are well looked after.   Shannen has enjoyed a diverse career, initially in the fields of hospitality followed by public relations and has had over 15 years experience in an Executive Assistant role dealing with people of all levels.    Her organisation and people skills are attributes to the business.
